How do I return my product(s)?

  • Customers can exchange/ return their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered the wrong item.
  • We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast, and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
  • Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.
  • Please note that we will not be able to entertain any returns if the product is found without the original tags or is in used condition.
  • You can only apply for a Return/ Exchange from your TagTrendy account. Login to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/ Edit Order Details’ for the respective order. Then, choose the Return/ Exchange option, select the product(s), pick the reason, click Submit. A pop-up will open with our Return/ Exchange policy. Click Confirm Return/Confirm Exchange to initiate the process. You will also receive an email and text confirmation from us as well.
  • No Kind of monetary refund will be entertained until and unless any manufacturing defect is found in the product.
  • Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund of any orders takes 3-5 working days to get credited to your original payment source.
